My trade is not on your list. Does it still fit?

Most likely. If you send blokes to a site and the hours have to add up at the end of the week, it fits. The words on screen change to match your trade.

Do we have to change how we run the job?

No. It gets built around the way you already work, down to the words on the buttons. If a screen is no use to your crew, we'll delete it and add one that fits.

What if I cannot learn to use it?

Then it is on me, not on you. Every one of the five jobs gets its own short video tutorial, filmed on your portal with your sites and your people in it, so nobody is watching somebody else's software wondering where that button went. If your boys can use a phone they can use this, a docket takes under a minute, and a new bloke gets sent the tutorial for his job on his first morning.

What does it cost?

Thirty days free. After that it depends on what you need it to do, because a crew that never opens a drawing does not pay for drawings. We will work out the best price for how you operate, together.

Do I pay more for a bigger crew?

No. Put everyone on it, the office and the site, and it costs the same. Twelve blokes or two hundred, same price.

I use labour hire a lot, and crews off my mates. How does that work?

There is a labour hire feature built for exactly that. Book the borrowed blokes onto the shift like anyone else, nobody has to be named, and their hours get counted with the rest of the day so the job's real cost is right. They stay in their own list, kept away from your own crew, so they can never land in your payroll export, and the strip that chases a missing docket forgets them after a fortnight.

How long does setup take?

Three days at the most. We load your crew, your sites and your logo. You spend under thirty minutes on it.

Will the crew actually use it?

It opens like an app from a link, with no store and no signup. The crews on it stayed because filling in a docket beats arguing about one that went missing.

Does it work with no signal on site?

Yes. It keeps working in a basement carpark. Everything catches up the moment the phone finds signal again, photos and all.

Who owns what is in it?

You do. Ask on any day and you get the lot, dockets, hours and photos. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.

What if I stop paying?

You get everything out first, and it stays readable for thirty days after that. No lock-in and no exit fee.

We already use the builder's system. Why another one?

That one belongs to the builder. When the job finishes, your record of what your crew did finishes with it. This one goes with you to the next builder.
