What we collect, what we do not, and how to get your data back.

This page sets no cookies and runs no third party analytics or advertising scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, kept in local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and traffic counting. We do not connect those logs to anything else.
The booking page is run by our scheduling provider and collects your name, email address, phone number and whatever you type into the notes. We use it to run the call and to follow up afterwards. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.
Your crew portal runs on a database belonging to your portal alone. No other company's data sits in it. What goes in is what your business puts in, which is typically:
That data belongs to you. Ask at any time and you get the whole lot as CSV, with the uploaded files as they were uploaded. If you stop using the portal you get a full export first, and the portal stays readable for thirty days after that.
The portal runs on Supabase for the database and file storage, and on Netlify or Vercel for hosting. Where you connect Xero, timesheet data goes to Xero as draft entries. Those providers process the data on your behalf and nobody else gets access.
